The Harvest House Collective is located in Mid-Missouri, and we pride ourselves on offering a curated selection of unique and delightful products. Whether you are looking for a special gift or a treat for yourself, we have something for everyone. Our handcrafted items are carefully chosen to provide a one-of-a-kind shopping experience. We are always looking to add new local vendors to our list, so please contact us if you are a crafter or maker wanting to partner with us. 

I wanted to create a store that has cute, functional and affordable clothing for women crafted and made by women. We’ve spent several years working towards where we are today and we’re so thankful to be continuously growing. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We kindly ask that you provide the receipt or proof of purchase when initiating a return.

Starting a return is easy. Simply contact us at TheHarvestHouseCollective@gmail.com, and we will guide you through the process. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. We encourage you to reach out to us with any questions or concerns regarding your return.

In the unlikely event that your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

While we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, there are certain exceptions to our return policy. Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases cannot be returned. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
